Returns Policy

For distance sales in Taiwan, consumers generally have the right to cancel within seven days beginning on the day after receipt. This is an inspection period, not a trial-use period; inspection reasonably necessary to understand the product does not remove statutory rights.
1. Requesting a return
Contact us within the applicable seven-day period with your order number, name, contact details, and reason. We will provide return instructions. Please do not send goods back without first contacting us.
2. Condition
Please return the product, accessories, gifts, documentation, and original packaging. If use beyond necessary inspection causes damage, missing items, or loss in value, the Company may seek legally permitted compensation for the reduced value without limiting statutory cancellation rights.
3. Defects or incorrect goods
Contact us promptly and provide photos if an item is defective, incorrect, incomplete, or damaged in transit. Once confirmed, we will arrange replacement, supplementary delivery, or return at our necessary expense.
4. Exceptions
If a future product falls within a legally recognized exception, such as a made-to-order product produced to the consumer's requirements, that exception will be clearly disclosed and confirmed before purchase.
5. Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method or another agreed method, as soon as reasonably possible and no later than the applicable statutory deadline after notice and return of the goods or proof of return. Bank posting times may vary. ATM or convenience-store payments may require the purchaser's bank-account details.
6. Exchanges and cancellation
Contact support to confirm stock before requesting an exchange. Non-defect exchanges may involve disclosed return and redelivery costs. Orders not yet dispatched may be cancelled through support; dispatched orders follow the return process.
